【Product Features】A two-component special adhesive specially developed for wood profile cladding or medium and high fiberboard. It has the remarkable characteristics of strong initial adhesion, high final peel strength, heat resistance and heat shrinkage.

Applicable models of Profile Wrapping adhesive

Cold glue laminating equipment, dry laminating machine, wet laminating machine

[Coating amount] Use a scraper or roller to evenly coat the surface of the PVC film, the recommended coating amount is 30-60g (wet glue weight), and the coating amount should be adjusted appropriately according to the actual film thickness and surface roughness.

【Operating temperature】Aluminum (metal parts) preheating temperature: 50-70℃

【Oven temperature】60-70℃

【Profile Wrapping speed】8-12m/min, flatten with rollers after the glue on the surface of the film is dry. The specific coating speed should be adjusted according to the type of profile and the complexity of the structure.

Precautions for using Profile Wrapping adhesive

The adhesive must be mixed with HN-812 curing agent according to the specified ratio (100:1), and used after fully stirring.

If the mixing is not uniform, the final adhesive force and heat resistance will be poor, so it must be mixed in strict accordance with the recommended ratio.

The fully mixed glue can be used for 4 hours at room temperature (25-30°C), and the performance will gradually decrease after it exceeds.

Do not mix this product with other adhesives.
