5. Paper bag glue is a high-protein material and cannot be mixed with other glues and materials. Long-term open storage will lose water and become hardened due to weathering, making it difficult to dissolve. When using, a little water should be used to infiltrate the colloidal leather surface to increase the heat transfer area. .
6. When using, be sure to open the temperature of the colloid to 90℃~95℃ (the colloid shows 90℃, and the actual temperature of the glue is only about 75℃). Only when the actual temperature of the glue reaches 80℃ or above can the glue reach the best state. .
7. If you use coated paper of 128g or less as the packaging box, please add less water and thin the glue of the glue machine to avoid the glue being too thick and affecting the watermark on the surface of the box.
8. When using gold cardboard or cardboard over 250g, please add less water to prevent the glue from being not strong enough.
9. In the rainy season, the finished box should be placed in a well-ventilated warehouse (the air humidity of the warehouse should preferably be kept below 60%) to avoid moisture and make the box not easy to dry.
